What a weird match this was… In the first and the last 20 minutes, we were playing well, scoring easily, having a lot of chances. But mid-game, it was like a completely different match, losing many balls, letting the opponent team scoring four times. So what happened exactly?
The match started very well for us. We scored our first goal after 5 minutes. Then we continued creating chances, hit the bar once. At the back we were stabile, Attila saved very well 3 times.
But then suddenly something happened. Dow came back to the game, they equilized after a corner and a quite unfortunate situation. They even took the lead after another defensive error, and continued like that in the second half too. We got two goals from distance, and here were we, down by 1-4…
And again another game started. We pushed more, run more, put much more pressure on the other team. We only had like ten minutes left, and we scored quickly 2 goals (we also missed many chances). At the last minute, we had a corner, Andries had a header towards the goal, but it was just too wide…
What to say after another defeat like this? Let’s focus on the good first and last part, and let’s try to have such a game throughout the whole 80 minutes. Sounds easy, isn’t it?
